Position Purpose
To provide the incumbent with relevant workplace experience through a structure learning programme and organisational support.
Position Outputs
• Delivering specific tasks within a work-stream/department. • As a Young-Professional-In-Training, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, with exposure to other working functions within procurement to gain practical experience in the following deliverables: • Communicate with customers to ensure a clear understanding of their needs, including the level of urgency as well as keep them updated regularly on the progress of their requirements Serve as the central contact point for suppliers and end-user queries and ensure that queries are addressed in a satisfactory and timeous manner. • Provide general administrative, research and assistance.
• Take work briefs/instructions from Mentor and/or Specialist to structure the work required to produce a specific or deliverable • Execute project work task effectively and efficiently as an individual and collaboratively. • Produce MS Office Word and / or PowerPoint format reports that communicate deliverables clearly and logically. • Produce quality work that can be used as input to develop the most appropriate project solutions for the client.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Auditing, Finance, Law or SCM. Experience: 0-1 years’ experience in auditing, internal controls, finance, supply chain management, compliance or legal environments. Exposure to PFMA or any public-sector regulatory framework would be an advantage.

Transnet Rail Infrastructure (TRIM) invites suitable, unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18 – 35 to apply for a two-year graduate development programme, within various functional areas to be provided with both the institutionalized knowledge and on-the-job training to help you build a solid work experience to increase prospects of employability. The programme is structed and mentored for twenty-four months and candidates progress is asses after every six months to ensure that the programme meets the expectation of both the candidate and TRIM.
This exciting opportunity is aimed at unemployed graduates for the Department of Higher Education & Training, registered institutions i.e., Universities, Universities of Technology, with a Bachelors’ degree/ BTech qualification with a minimum NQF level 6 and or above, with no prior work experience in their respective field of study.

• Candidates will follow a 2 year graduate program.
Qualifications and Experience
